Need a one-time babysitter booking? We charge a $20.00 booking fee to book a one-time Southern Sitter babysitter. This fee is processed through our booking app when booking.

If you book occasional care multiple times a month, this membership is for you! For only $65 a month, you’ll have access to unlimited sitters with NO booking fees!

Southern Sitters offers an ongoing evening sitter placement for families looking to book the same babysitter on an ongoing “date night” style basis. If you are looking to find a consistent babysitter for 1-5 nights a month, this service is for you!
Think of a nanny placement service, but for your dream date night sitter! When you initiate this placement service, our team considers your needs and preferences to share three exceptional, fully vetted candidates with your family.
You will be given immediate access to interview your candidates and choose the best option for your family. That sitter will then perform an in-person meet and greet or trial babysitting session with your family.
Once you choose to move forward with this caregiver, our team will reserve that sitter for your family for the desired ongoing dates!
We charge a $150.00 placement fee and enroll your family in an ongoing $65.00 per month babysitter membership. This membership includes access to your date night sitter and unlimited babysitter bookings.
Choose Your rate
When booking a Southern Sitter, you can choose the rate per hour that you’d like to pay. We will always match you with a sitter within your budget!
Once you sitter is confirmed, they will message you confirming their rate per hour.
At the end of your booking, you can pay your sitter directly in cash, Venmo, or with a check.
Our booking fees are processed separately from sitter wages through the app.
Cancellation Fees: We charge a $20.00 cancellation fee for non-members.
