You can meet each candidate via phone interview, meet and greet, or trial day! We help customize each experience to your unique needs and schedule.

Other agencies charge thousands of dollars upfront and thousands more upon the selection of a candidate. With our unique internal model, we’ve been able to structure pricing in a groundbreaking, accessible way! We charge a minimal, below-industry standard search fee, depending on your needs. This begins the process of taking your request, consultation, selecting candidates, candidate interviews, contract assistance, and more.
Once you select a candidate and hire your nanny, we start a monthly subscription that covers ongoing training and backup care when needed, and unlimited babysitter bookings! It’s just $150.00 per month for the duration of your nanny’s employment. We know, it’s pretty amazing!

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
An NDA, or Non-Disclosure Agreement, helps protect your family's personal information and privacy. All Southern Sitters already follow strict confidentiality and privacy standards. However, if you'd like a custom NDA created specifically for your family, we’re happy to draft and provide one for your review. This service is offered at an additional cost of $45.

Custom Nanny Training
All of our candidates are CPR certified, trained by Southern Sitters, SIDS certified, and more. However, we understand that some families may want additional, specialized training for their nanny. We offer options such as:
Red Cross Water Safety, Administering Medication in Childcare Settings, Injury Prevention & Child Safety, Positive Guidance & Discipline, Supporting Social & Emotional Development, Building Strong Peer & Adult-Child Relationships, Transportation Safety Basics, Playing Outdoors, Healthy Meal Planning and more.
Each course is $30 per class, and Southern Sitters will facilitate the training, provide your nanny with all necessary resources, and assist in obtaining certification within 14 days.

Custom Nanny Contract Review
A custom nanny contract is included at no cost with every nanny placement package. If you need to make changes or updates within the first 90 days, our team will assist with contract amendments free of charge. After that, for just $20, a team member can meet with you via Zoom annually or semi-annually to review your contract—whether it’s adding a raise, updating duties, or revisiting terms. It's a small investment for peace of mind!

Motor Vehicle Records Check
Our standard background check includes a comprehensive criminal background check as well as a Social Security Number trace and sex offender registry check. Every candidate we share with you has also provided a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
We understand that some families may prefer an additional Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check. Our team is happy to facilitate this for any candidate you’d like. This add on service is an additional $25 per candidate.

Payroll Consulting
Setting up the right payroll system for your family and nanny can feel overwhelming. With this service, a team member will meet with you via Zoom to walk you through your options and help you choose the best nanny payroll provider for your needs. We’ll also assist with initial setup. Our experts have done this hundreds of times, and for just $40, we’ll make the process smooth and stress-free.
